Ley 155 de 1959 · Por la cual se dictan algunas disposiciones sobre practicas comerciales restrictivas

Vencido este término, el expediente pasará al conocimiento del Ministerio de Fomento, el cual previo concepto del Consejo de Política Económica y Planeación, podrá imponer las siguientes sanciones:

Retiro de las acciones del mercado público de valores;

Prohibición de funcionamiento de la empresa para el caso de reincidencia en la violación de esta Ley.

Además de estas sanciones, y de conformidad con la gravedad de los hechos, podrá imponer multas hasta de quinientos mil pesos (500.000.00) a favor del Tesoro Nacional.
