Revisión de libros de contabilidad. El Consejo Nacional Electoral dispondrá del término de un mes contado a partir de la fecha de presentación del libro pertinente, para formular observaciones, mediante providencia motivada, a las cuentas de los candidatos al Congreso de la República. Pasado un mes, sin que se hubieren formulado observaciones, las cuentas y los libros se entenderán aprobados en su integridad.
