Licencia Provisional. De acuerdo con el estudio del plan de actividades, y las visitas técnicas que se realizarán a costa del interesado, se podrá autorizar el funcionamiento del zoológico otorgando una licencia provisional por dos (2) años al cabo de los cuales la licencia será definitiva, pero podrá revocarse en razón del incumplimiento grave o reiterado de las obligaciones estipuladas en la resolución entre ellas especialmente las relacionadas con el trato adecuado de los animales, sanidad, higiene, alimentación.
