"La presente Convención queda sujeta a ratificación. Los instrumentos de ratificación serán depositados en poder del Secretario General de la Sociedad de las Naciones, quien avisará su depósito a todos los miembros de la Sociedad de las Naciones signatarios de la presente Convención y a todos los demás que la hubieren firmado.
