Periodicidad De Los Sorteos Extraordinarios

Decreto 2975 de 2004 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 643 de 2001 en lo relativo a la modalidad del juego de lotería tradicional o de billetes.

Periodicidad de los sorteos extraordinarios . Los sorteos extraordinarios de lotería tradicional se efectuarán de manera individual o asociada por las entidades operadoras del juego, con arreglo a la siguiente periodicidad

Si la operación del juego se realiza en forma individual, solo se podrá efectuar un sorteo entre el 1° de enero y el 31 de diciembre;

Si la operación del juego se realiza a través de una sociedad, se podrá efectuar, entre el 1° de enero y el 31 de diciembre, un sorteo por cada dos asociados.
