Artículo noveno. La contribución de valorización de que trata la Ley 25/21 y el Decreto 1604 de 1966 es aplicable a todas las obras públicas que ejecute la Corporación, previa declaración en tal sentido por la Junta Directiva con sujeción a sus estatutos. Corresponderá a las autoridades de la Corporación y a las dependencias que determine la Junta Directiva, establecer, decretar, distribuir, ejecutar, recaudar y liquidar las obras de valorización.
