Artículo primero. Cédese, a título gratuito, al Municipio de Girardot las acciones suscritas por el Gobierno Nacional en la sociedad "Hotel de Turismo de Girardot, S. A.", que en total ascienden a treinta y un mil ochocientas sesenta y tres acciones (31.863), por un valor de trescientos diez y ocho mil seiscientos treinta pesos ($ 318.630) moneda corriente, como homenaje y contribución de la Nación a la celebración de su primer centenario.
