° El día 14 de noviembre de 1990 la Policía Vial establecerá y efectuará controles en las diferentes salidas de los municipios del país, mediante la recolección de planillas de pasajeros y órdenes de despacho, que serán remitidas el día 15 de noviembre de 1990, a las correspondientes oficinas regionales o seccionales del Instituto Nacional del Transporte.

Parágrafo

Las empresas de transporte intermunicipal de pasajeros estarán obligadas a suministrar a sus vehículos una planilla de pasajeros u orden de despacho.
