El curso de Información Militar de que trata el artículo 45 del Decreto 3071 de 1968, tendrá una duración mínima de doce (12) semanas, y será adelantado por los Oficiales de los Servicios de las Fuerzas Militares con título universitario de facultad mayor, en el grado de Mayor o capitán de Corbeta, que no efectúen el curso de Estado Mayor.
