° De la inversión de fondos nacionales en el acueducto de Cartagena, el Tesorero de que trata el artículo 5.° de la Ley 31 de 1926, rendirán sus cuentas mensualmente a la Contraloría General de la República, sujetándose para ello a las prescripciones del mismo Departamento Administrativo.
