Desistimiento . Se considerará que los interesados han desistido de la solicitud de divorcio o de la cesación de efectos civiles del matrimonio religioso ante Notario, si transcurren dos (2) meses desde la fecha en que el instrumento fue puesto a su disposición, sin que concurran a su otorgamiento.
