Art. 10. Si se consigue el avenimiento se extenderá en un libro, para este exclusive objeto se llevara en todos los juzgados una diligencia en la que se mencionaran en calidad y preedición las obligaciones y derechos que del avenimiento resulten expresando las cantidades liquidas que corresponden a pagar a las partes, la forma en que deben verificaren los pagos cada diligencia debe ir precedida de un numero de orden.
