Artículo sexto. Las solicitudes para obtener la Credencial de Expendedor de Drogas presentadas con posterioridad al 25 de septiembre de 1975 se resolverán con base en el presente Decreto. No obstante, sí no hubieren sido presentadas por intermedio de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, sino ante el Ministerio de Salud, directamente, serán consideradas por éste con arreglo a los presentes requisitos.
