Artículo primero. Créase el cargo de Ingeniero Interventor de las obras de Rehabilitación en la Zona del Carare, con sede en Puerto-Berrío, el cual tendrá una asignación mensual de $ 1.800,00, y viáticos de $ 40.00 diarios hasta por 20 días cada mes, cuando el funcionario que lo desempeñe se encuentre fuera del Jugar de su residencia en cumplimiento de funciones oficiales.
