Toda sanción disciplinaria deberá quedar registrada en el respectivo folio y hoja de vida, dentro de los quince días siguientes a su ejecutoria aun en caso de que el sancionado ya no esté vinculado a la entidad. En ese mismo término se informará su contenido a la Oficina de Registro de Antecedentes de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, al comandante, gerente, jefe o director del sancionado y a la oficina de personal de la respectiva Fuerza.
