El artículo 6°. de la Ley 22 de 1977 , quedará así:
"A partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley y sin perjuicio de los recursos ya interpuestos en ese momento, en materia laboral solo serán susceptibles del recurso de casación los negocios cuya cuantía sea equivalente al monto de cincuenta (50) veces el salario mínimo mensual más alto vigente".
