Procedimiento. A las actuaciones que adelante el Director de Coldeportes en ejercicio de sus competencias de inspección, vigilancia y control, en los términos de la ley y del presente Decreto , se aplicará en lo pertinente el procedimiento establecido en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
