A los Profesionales ya los Oficiales de Culto que se escalafonen a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, se les computará para efecto de asignación de retiro y demás prestaciones, el tiempo a partir de la fecha de su escalafonamiento. Por el tiempo anterior de servicios en el ramo de Guerra, se les reconocerá su cesantía como a empleados civiles.
