El Inderena o la entidad que haga sus veces diseñará mecanismos que permitan involucrar a integrantes de las comunidades negras del sector en actividades propias de las áreas del Sistema de Parques Nacionales, tales como educación, recreación, guías de parques, así como en las actividades de turismo ecológico que se permita desarrollar dentro de tales áreas.
