Si el producto en moneda legal del remate de los certificados de cambio, que se lleve a efecto conforme a lo establecido en el Capítulo IV de la presente Ley, llegare a resultar mayor que el costo de adquisición de ellos por el Banco de la República, la diferencia se abonará en cuenta al Fondo Nacional del Café para que sea destinada a la financiación de sus compras de café en el mercado.
