En la capital de cada Distrito Judicial habrá un Juzgado Superior, con jurisdicción en todo el territorio de aquél, excepción hecha de los Distritos Judiciales de Bogotá y Medellín, en los cuales habrá dos juzgados, que se denominarán 1.° y 2.°
