Artículo tercero. La elección de miembros de las Cámaras de Comercio, donde solo pueden votar los afiliados, únicamente podrá recaer en comerciantes, industriales, agricultores, ganaderos, transportadores, mineros, constructores, representantes, comisionistas, etc., que tengan el carácter de afiliados o que pertenezcan a sociedades colectivas, en comandita y de responsabilidad limitada afiliadas a la misma Cámara o en gerentes de sociedades anónimas igualmente afiliadas a la respectiva institución.
