Los gastos de representación, la prima de vacaciones y la prima técnica se seguirán rigiendo por las normas legales vigentes. Quienes tenga asignada prima técnica continuarán devengándola en igual cuantía. Los Viceministros tendrán derecho a disfrutar simultáneamente de gastas de representación y prima técnica. Igual derecho tendrán los Secretarios Generales en aquellos Ministerios en que no hubiere Viceministro.
