Artículo único. Condónase al señor Jorje Quijano el alcance de ochocientos cuarenta i ocho pesos, catorce centavos, que le dedujo la oficina jeneral de Cuentas, como administrador principal de Hacienda nacional de popayan, en el año económico de 1873 a 1874, siempre que el responsable compruebe, a satisfacción del Poder Ejecutivo, que de dicha suma eran deudores en 31 de marzo de 1874 los diversos Administradores subalternos mencionados por él en los descargos que dío a la oficina jeneral de Cuentas
