Artículo Tercero . Los beneficiarios del Fondo Nacional del Pasivo Prestacional del Sector Salud que venían disfrutando del régimen de liquidación retroactivo de cesantías con anterioridad a la vigencia de la Ley 100 de 1993, obtendrán como estímulo por razón de la afiliación prevista en el artículo segundo de este Decreto, un incremento del 15% sobre la asignación básica mensual que se encuentren devengando y por una sola vez, en los términos del artículo 13 del Decreto 439 de 1995.
