Artículo Veintidós . De las utilìdades lìquidas anuales, la Junta Directiva podrá destinar hasta un 30% para auxilios o bonificaciones especiales a empleados afiliados que se hayan destacado por actos ejemplares en el desempeño de sus funciones, o a las viudas o hijos menores de ellos, o a sus padres en defecto de éstos; para la creación o incremento de bibliotecas u otra organización de índole cultural, y para entrega gratuita de elementos destinados al bienestar del personal de custodia y vigilancia de los establecimientos penitenciarios, carcelarios o de reforma.
