Quienes realicen acciones de tráfico ilegal de fauna y flora silvestre, incurrirán en infracción a la normatividad ambiental y serán objeto de las medidas preventivas y de las sanciones consagradas en la Ley 1333 de 2009 y del Código Nacional de Policía y Convivencia o de las normas que hagan sus veces en aras de imponer las respectivas multas, sanciones o penas a que haya lugar.
