En cualquier estado del proceso investigativo en que el funcionario de investigación tenga la certeza procesal sobre la existencia de alguna de las causales previstas en el numeral 2 del artículo 125 de este Código, solicitará al Juez competente la finalización del proceso mediante auto de conclusión.
