Artículo primero . A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, la cuantía del Fondo Rotatorio de Estupefacientes, establecido por la Ley 36 de 1939, será de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000.00) moneda colombiana.

Parágrafo

La cantidad de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) moneda corriente, a que asciende el valor del aumento, se tomará de las sumas que actualmente tiene el Fondo Rotatorio de Estupefacientes, por concepto de utilidades del mismo.
