Destínase la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000) para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley, los cuales serán incluídos en el presupuesto, y en caso de no serlo, facúltase al Gobierno para hacer los traslados correspondientes o abrir los créditos extraordinarios.
