Objeto. El presente Decreto tiene por objeto adoptar disposiciones transitorias para el acceso y cumplimiento de compromisos de exportación en los programas de Sistemas Especiales de Importación - Exportación de materias primas e insumos, bienes de capital y repuestos y exportación de servicios establecidos en el Decreto Ley 444 de 1967 y en el artículo 4 de la Ley 7 de 1991, encaminadas a coadyuvar a la reactivación económica ante los efectos causados por el Coronavirus COVID-19.
