°. Establecer un arancel del treinta y cinco por ciento (35%) a las importaciones cuyo precio FOB declarado sea inferior o igual al umbral que se determina para las siguientes partidas arancelarlas: Partida Arancelaria Umbral USD/par 6401 6 6402 6 6403 10 6404 6 6405 7

Parágrafo

A las importaciones de la subpartida 6406.10.00.00 (“capellada”), se les aplicará el arancel establecido en el presente artículo cuando el precio FOB declarado sea inferior o igual a 5 dólares de los Estados Unidos de América por kilo bruto.
