° Auméntase en un 20 por100 el empréstito asignado por decreto número 113, de 23 de febrero último a los señores Leon Várgas Calvo, José María Portocarrero, Ricardo Portocarrero, Isabel Santamaría de Ortiz i Emilia Osorio de Ortiz, si dentro de tres dias no hubieren consignado en dinero en la Tesorería jeneral una parte del empréstito i asegurado el resto a satisfaccion del Gobierno.
