De una subvención igual a la que por la presente Ley se concede al Departamento de Antioquia, para el Ferrocarril de Urabá, disfrutará el Departamento de Boyacá para su ferrocarril de Tunja al Magdalena, siempre que sea de vía de ancho no menor de una yarda.
