Los Consejos Seccionales de Tecnólogos en Electricidad, Electromecánica, Electrónica y Afines, tendrán las mismas funciones del Consejo Nacional.

Parágrafo

Para que los Consejos Seccionales puedan expedir la respectiva matrícula, requieren de la confirmación del Consejo Profesional Nacional.
