Los sobordos, conocimientos de embarque, manifiestos, listas de tripulación, listas de rancho, listas de pasajeros que desembarquen en el puerto respectivo y solicitudes de permiso para descargar, llevarán una estampilla de $1 por cada hoja. Los demás documentos expresados en el artículo 94 de la Ley 79 de 1931, y que deben presentarse al tiempo de la visita, no tendrán necesidad de ser estampillados. Queda así aclarado el inciso 14 del artículo 1º del Decreto 92 de 1932.
