Los sueldos de los empleados de Telégrafos serán los señalados por las leyes y decretos vigentes, con un aumento del treinta, del veinte, del quince y del diez por ciento, según que tales asignaciones mensuales sean de cinco a cuarenta pesos, de cuarenta a cien pesos, de cien a doscientos pesos y de doscientos a trescientos pesos, respectivamente.
