Término para presentar las solicitudes por los servicios y tecnologías en salud no cubiertas en el Plan de Beneficios con cargo a la UPC. Las entidades a que hace referencia el artículo anterior, presentarán las solicitudes ante la ADRES, dentro de los tres (3) años siguientes a la fecha de la prestación del servicio, de la entrega de la tecnología en salud o del egreso del paciente, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 73 de la Ley 1753 de 2015, o la norma que la modifique o sustituya.
