La violación de lo establecido en el artículo70 da lugar a la rescisión del contrato, a más de las responsabilidades en que haya podido incurrir el arrendatario por los perjuicios causados con el subarriendo a los intereses de la Zona o a las propiedades particulares existentes en la misma.
