º. El Defensor de Familia competente se sujetará a los procedimientos administrativos establecidos en el Código del Menor para investigar y sancionar a los medios de comunicación escritos que hubieren incurrido en alguna de las conductas prohibidas en dicho ordenamiento. En todo caso, a falta de norma expresa se dará aplicación, en lo pertinente, a lo previsto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
