° Corresponde a la Secretaría de lo Interior i Relaciones Esteriores conocer de las reclamaciones de estranjeros pendientes por espropiaciones anteriores a la presente guerra civil i de las provenientes de sentencias que a favor de los mismos dicte la Suprema Corte federal. En consecuencia por dicha Secretaría se espedirán las correspondientes órdenes de pago i se determinará la especie con que deban satisfacerse las sumas que se reconozcan a cargo del Tesoro nacional en los respectivos casos. (Lei 64 i 67 de 1877 del artículo 6.°)
