Trámite y decisión de los recursos . Para aquellos casos que de manera general determine el Superintendente de Sociedades, una vez interpuesto el recurso de reposición, el expediente deberá ser repartido a un grupo de trabajo distinto a aquél que conoció y proyectó la decisión recurrida, a fin de que avoque el conocimiento de la impugnación y proceda a su trámite. Para tal efecto, podrán crearse grupos de trabajo en la forma que establezca el Superintendente de Sociedades.
