Dichos empleados de manejo continuarán remitiendo á la Tesorería General por el primer correo de cada mes el movimiento de caja del mes anterior, indicando el saldo que viene, los ingresos habidos en el mes por rentas y el total de los egresos. Al detallarlos ingresos deben enumerarse una á una todas las remesas recibidas.
