El Gobierno publicará las obras completas del doctor Mendoza Pérez y procurará su divulgación, dentro y fuera del país, por intermedio de la Biblioteca Nacional.
La partida para el cumplimiento de esta erogación se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia y de las siguientes, hasta que se termine la publicación de las mencionadas.
