º. Por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Publico podrán celebrarse, hasta el 30 de abril del año en curso, transacciones con los deudores del Fisco por deudas exigibles antes del 1º de enero de 1932, sobre la base del pago inmediato de dichas deudas, pudiendo rebajar los intereses y recargos hasta un 15 por 100 del capital, todo ello previo concepto favorable del Contralor General de la República.
