Traslado de cargos . El traslado de cargos se efectuará mediante la notificación de la resolución contentiva de ellos, al representante legal de la sociedad investigada o a su apoderado, y a los demás funcionarios implicados, en cuanto exista clara identificación de los mismos, en la forma establecida para la notificación personal por el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
