En el caso de que se demande la declaración de ser mostrencos bienes que valgan menos de trescientos pesos, los términos de que hablan los artículos 840 y 842 se reducen a la mitad, se prescinde del aviso en los periódicos particulares, y el conocimiento del juicio corresponde, en primera instancia, al Juez Municipal del lugar en donde se hallen dichos bienes.
