º Los nacimientos ocurridos en municipios distintos del Distrito Especial de Bogotá y de los distritos y áreas mencionadas en el artículo precedente, donde no haya Notaría, solo podrán registrarse ante el Registrador Municipal o Alcalde respectivo, y, no ante el Notario de la cabecera del Círculo a que pertenece el municipio por asuntos notariales.
