º . Créditos hipotecarios en moneda legal . Las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda podrán conceder créditos hipotecarios denominados en moneda legal. Para efectos del presente artículo se entenderá por créditos hipotecarios los mismos que de conformidad con las normas vigentes pueden estipularse en UPAC.
