º El Ministerio de Instrucción Pública y las Gobernaciones exigirán fianza en los casos en que lo juzguen conveniente á Rectores, Directores de establecimientos de educación pública ó empleados encargados de gabinetes, laboratorios, etc., para asegurar la responsabilidad de que trata este Decreto.
